To ensure that our customer service is of the highest quality possible, if you should ever need a replacement or encounter a defect, we have included the steps and warranty information below to take to take us up on our 100% guarantee.
Clam Corporation, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchases that all shelters are free from manufacturer’s defects for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Please refer to the instruction manual of your specific model for full wording of warranty information.
Warranty does not cover cracked windows, tent tears, broken or bent hoops due to high wind and weather conditions or unattended use.
Clam Corporation, Inc. will replace or repair any part found defective within the one (1) year time limit. Before returning any parts, you must first call or write and acquire a Return Material Authorization. To obtain the RMA, call 763-231-4120, option #3. Customer Service hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, CST.
After acquiring the RMA, all parts must be returned to Clam Corporation, Inc. at 600 Clydesdale Trail, Medina, MN, 55340-9361. All returns must be returned with postage pre-prepaid and include the original cash register receipt (date and purchase price) if purchased from a retailer. If the purchase was ordered directly from Clam Corporation, Inc., the customer service department will have the data via the customer order/invoice. In an effort to help you control costs, Clam Corp. may sometimes allow only a portion of the item to be returned.
The warranty does not apply to any shelter which has been subjected to an accident, improper installation, modification, adjustment, repair, misuse, misapplication, neglect, including but not limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or attachments.
