4. The zipper on my tent freezes up or sticks; is there anything I can use to help prevent this from happening?

Yes, here are a couple of ideas our customers and Pro Staff have had good luck with:

a. Zipper Lube is one brand that you can find in a camping section of your local sporting goods store. This is a gel that you can apply to the zipper and then move the zipper back and forth.

b. Sporting Goods or Hardware store carry silicone sprays. Ask them to suggest one that would work on zippers.

c. WD-40 may work as well. (Use caution when applying. You want to avoid getting it anywhere but the teeth of the zipper.)
